Section 1 - What We Do With Your Information
When you shop at our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us understand your browser and operating system. Section 4 Purchases
Our stores are owned by Shopify Inc. Shopify Inc. provides the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you. Your information is stored across Shopify’s own resources, databases, and Shopify apps. Shopify stores your information on secure servers behind firewalls. Payments: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction information is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once the transaction is completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Committee, which is a joint initiative of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Section 5. Third-Party Services
In general, the third-party service providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information as necessary to provide us with the requested services. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in place with respect to the information we need to process your purchase-related transactions.
